Pictures!

David is planning on writing the next post, but first we are going to put up some new pictures:
This is where we stayed in Summerside, PEI. It was a great motel!

Behind our room was a beautiful backyard with gardens, beach walking trail and a gazebo. We also had a porch behind our room, where this photo was taken.

The owner of the motel told us a short cut to get to the confederation bridge,  and where there is a spot for a great photo.

Driving over the confederation bridge.

For Justine!

We stayed here, in Lyon's Brook, Nova Scotia for one night before heading to Halifax. This is our campsite, beautiful spot!

Through the forest, behind our campsite is the trans-canada trail, we walked on it and did a run on it the morning we left.

Many farms backed on to the trail.

This is the forest we had to go through to get to the trail.

Halifax!

The bridge to Dartmouth from Halifax.

Our campsite here in Halifax.

Our campground is really nice, especially on a foggy morning.

Peggy's Cove.

It was a foggy day.

David stopped here for a lobster roll.

David will be doing a post soon.

Prince Edward Island

We are now in Prince Edward Island! What a beautiful little province. We came into the province on Friday afternoon.

Friday was a foggy, rainy day. While driving over the Confederation Bridge, we drove through some clouds, and were able to see some fishing boats far beneath us. What a neat drive. We drove straight towards Charlottetown where we were planning to stay for two nights. We were actually staying a little outside Charlottetown at a KOA campground. It was very close, probably a ten minute drive to downtown Charlottetown.

The campground we stayed in was very, very nice. Dave and I probably got the best campsite there. Our campsite was right on the water, probably 1 1/2 metres from our tent was a little hill then water! It was so nice.

Here are some pictures from our campsite:

Our campsite, this morning, before the rain arrived
We had a great campsite, so we booked it for another two nights. We ended up staying at the campsite for four nights. During the days we would go into Charlottetown and walk around. On reflection when we were there we didn't do too much. Dave and I are both are really into our books right now, and we loved our campsite so we stayed there a lot and read and had fires. Its nice to be able to just do what we want on a moment by moment basis.

When we were there we also checked out the Buffaloland Provincial Park and went to the lookout to see if can we see any Bison, but unfortunately not. So we ended up back at the campsite and made a big vegetable curry dinner. Yum.

But we left Charlottetown this morning and now we are in Summerside, PEI. It is so nice here. We are staying at a motel for two nights. We are staying in a great hotel. A great deal, and the owner is super nice.

Anyways, after tomorrow we are heading to Nova Scotia!

I'll probably write again when we are there!

Love you and miss you all!
